I’m Pablo Castagnini, founder of Castagnini & Partners.
For the past 10 years, I’ve worked across the UK & Ireland mid-market, building and developing delivery teams that help organisations succeed with ERP. I was one of the early adopters of cloud ERP technologies, bringing fresh approaches to projects that many others were still delivering in a traditional, on-premise way.
I also set up the first Customer Success Management team in the SAP Channel mid-market, ensuring ERP programmes were not just implemented, but also embedded, adopted, and delivering measurable value long after go-live.
With experience spanning 30+ programmes in 19+ countries, I understand the challenges sponsors, boards, and delivery teams face. My focus is on giving clients clarity, confidence, and outcomes that stick, whether through executive advisory, project assurance, or hands-on project management.
